学术业绩
本人自2000年以来一直从事太阳能材料与太阳电池的研究,在晶体硅薄膜太阳电池、高效晶体硅太阳电池、太阳电池器件物理、太阳电池器件模拟等方面积累了丰富的研究成果和工作经验。作为项目负责人已主持省部级以上科研项目6项,已在国际主流学术期刊上发表SCI论文30余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文20篇。获得国家授权专利9项,其中以第一申请人获得发明专利2项,实用新型专利1项。共同主编《材料科学基础实验》教材1本。
