主要经历: 

籍贯:浙江 临海市。1997年在哈尔滨工业大学获博士学位。1997-1999年,中科院物理所光物理开放实验室博士后,出站留所,2000年被评为副研究员,从事光子晶体的理论、设计、制备和应用研究;2002-2005年底,在英国University Glasgow电子工程系任研究助理,从事纳微结构的光电子器件的设计、制备和测试研究;2005-2006年,在加拿大University of Toronto物理系和化学系从事光子晶体的理论和实验研究。2007年初,任中山大学 物理科学与工程技术学院 教授 博士生导师,为中山大学百人计划二类人才。欢迎对纳微光电子材料与器件感兴趣的高年级本科生到实验室从事研究实习。在Nature communications, Nano Letters, Advanced Functional Materials, Nanoscale, Applied Physics Letters, IEEE Journal of Quantum Electronics, Physical review B等国内外学术期刊上发表70余篇论文,被SCI论文他引1000余次。获授权专利8项。

1. 表面等离子体微纳结构在生物医学、环境探测器上应用;
2. 光电集成器件原理和应用研究;
3. 光子晶体和表面等离子体在半导体发光器件(LED)上的应用;
4. 光子纳微结构的制备工艺探索;
每年计划招收博士后1名,博士研究生2名,硕士研究生2-3名。
